CareLink Network is a Manager of Comprehensive Provider Network (MCPN) that coordinates services for children and adults with mental illness throughout Wayne County.

• We serve more than 29,000 children and adults.



• We provide a full continuum of services using our primary providers, eight of Wayne County’s longest-serving and leading mental health agencies, as well as other contracted providers that provide specialized services.



• Our services can include but are not limited to: outpatient therapy, in-patient hospitalizations, crisis screening and services, residential, partial hospitalization, housing supports, consultation and referral services.

The CareLink Network is funded by the Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency’s YOUR CHOICE program.
