Bjerke Forgings, Inc. was incorporated in 1988 in the State of Michigan. We supply open die forgings, close-die forgings and rolled ring forgings to all industries. Materials range from aluminum, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper, copper alloys, high temperature alloys steel, stainless steel, titanium, tool steels and many other specialty steels.
Forgings improve grain structure, properties, and maintain wear better than other processes that are form from a simple casting process. We have helped many companies improve their processes and procedures on technical issues. Our metallurgy requirements of the materials give consistent properties based on the chemical composition and the restrictions of certain elements.
